What we do
We specialize in automating compliance processes for insurance companies and fleet operators. Our flagship product — sprawdz-kierowce.pl — runs daily checks on the validity of driver's licenses and the required license categories (A, B, C, D, E) for every driver employed by our clients. We pull data directly from the official CEPiK 2.0 API of Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji (the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs). Whenever an irregularity is detected, we automatically send an email and SMS notification.
CEPiK 2.0 access — process and legal compliance
Access to driver licensing information is governed by the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110, as amended) — Art. 100ar. Grizzly Software has completed the formal certification process and signed an agreement with Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji to obtain automated access to the CEPiK registry. This means we do not rely on scraping or semi-automated scripts targeting gov.pl portals — we communicate directly with the CEPiK system through the official, authenticated API with a full audit trail.
Data security
- All connections to the application and to the CEPiK API are encrypted (TLS 1.2+).
- Driver data is stored on servers located in Poland.
- Full GDPR compliance — we provide a data processing agreement (DPA) on request.
- For enterprise clients, we offer on-premise deployments in which data never leaves the client's infrastructure.
